About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms.

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, ROAS, and conversions.

- Build and optimize Sales Funnels to improve lead generation and customer conversion.

- Manage and implement Email Marketing and WhatsApp Automation campaigns.

- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.

- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and other reporting tools.

- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.

- Collaborate with the creative and development teams to create high-converting marketing assets.





- Manage advertising budgets and prepare regular performance reports.

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and advertising platform updates.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.

- Understanding of PPC, SEM, conversion tracking, campaign optimization, and A/B testing.

- Knowledge of Sales Funnel creation, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and lead generation strategies.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

- Experience or familiarity with Email Marketing and WhatsApp Automation tools.

- Exposure to e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B marketing is an added advantage.

- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications will be an added advantage.
