Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operator role based at the ASP Industries facility in Gurugram. The Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring manufacturing machines and equipment, following standard operating procedures, and meeting daily production targets.

Typical tasks include setting up machines, loading materials, checking product quality, and reporting any equipment issues or abnormalities to supervisors or maintenance teams. The role also involves maintaining a clean and safe work area,



adhering to safety and quality guidelines, documenting production activities, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflow and minimal downtime.

Qualifications

- Ability to operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
- Basic understanding of production processes, quality checks, and safety standards in an industrial setting.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, handle materials, and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
- Willingness to follow instructions, work in shifts, and collaborate with supervisors and teammates.
- Prior experience in automotive, metal works, plastics, or related manufacturing is an advantage.
- Minimum high school or equivalent education; technical or vocational training in manufacturing or mechanical trades is beneficial.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain accurate records of production activities and issues.
