Position Summary

We are looking for experienced FBC & Pellet Operators with 2-6 years of experience in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring Fluid Bed Coating (FBC), Fluid Bed Processing (FBP), Pelletization, and related manufacturing equipment while ensuring compliance with cGMP, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor Fluid Bed Coater (FBC), Fluid Bed Processor (FBP), Wurster Coating, and Pellet Manufacturing Equipment .
- Perform equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and changeover activities as per SOPs.
- Carry out pellet manufacturing activities including layering, coating, drying, and blending operations.
- Monitor and record critical process parameters during manufacturing operations.
- Ensure adherence to approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and process instructions.
- Perform line clearance activities before and after production operations.
- Coordinate with IPQA, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth production activities.
- Maintain equipment logbooks and production records accurately.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS,



and data integrity requirements.
- Report process deviations, equipment breakdowns, or abnormalities to supervisors.
- Support process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of production areas in accordance with GMP requirements.

Educational Qualification

- ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. or equivalent qualification.

Experience Required

- 2-6 years of experience in a pharmaceutical OSD manufacturing facility.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Fluid Bed Coating (FBC)
- Pellet Manufacturing
- Wurster Coating
- Fluid Bed Processing (FBP)
- Pellet Layering & Coating Operations

Desired Skills

- Sound knowledge of cGMP and Positive Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Knowledge of pellet manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
- Ability to troubleshoot operational issues during manufacturing.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and compliance.
