Are you someone who can understand ERP/Fusion technology, work closely with delivery teams, connect the dots across multiple workstreamsand actually make things happen?

We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Operations Lead / Deputy Chief of Staff to work closely with the Lead – EBS Functional Practice & SaaS Implementations.

This is NOT an administrative or secretarial role.

We are looking for someone with hands-on ERP / Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional experience combined with delivery/program management exposure who can operate as the right hand to practice leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

Practice Operations & Delivery

Translate practice strategy into actionable workstreams

Track project health, milestones, resources and bottlenecks

Identify risks early and drive corrective actions

Coordinate across functional, technical and delivery teams

Support leadership and client status reviews

Governance & Program Management

Establish and maintain delivery governance

Track KPIs, utilization, milestones and project metrics

Manage cross-functional dependencies

Drive follow-ups and ensure commitments move to closure

Strategic Analysis & Special Projects

Analyze project and practice data to support leadership decisions





Drive high-priority practice initiatives

Improve delivery processes, templates and documentation

Support ERP/Fusion practice growth and operational excellence

What We’re Looking For

Hands-on experience with ERP / Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional environments

Experience in delivery, PMO, program/project coordination or practice operations

Strong understanding of enterprise software implementation lifecycles

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

High ownership, initiative and follow-through

Comfortable working with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, SmartSheet, Excel & PowerPoint

Experience Is Flexible

While 5–8 years would be ideal, we are flexible on the overall experience for the right candidate.

What matters more is your ERP/Fusion hands-on exposure, delivery understanding, business acumen and ability to operate independently.
