Role Description The Node.js Developer will work full time on-site at the Pune District location, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing server-side logic in Node.js, integrating front-end components, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications.

The role involves writing clean, testable code, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues,



and participating in code reviews to maintain quality standards. The developer will also contribute to API design, integration with databases and third-party services, and continuous improvement of the overall software architecture and development processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust back-end web development and software development skills, with hands-on experience in Node.js and building RESTful APIs.
- Candidates should possess front-end development skills, including proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with modern frameworks or libraries (such as React) and state management tools like Redux.js.
- Candidates should possess solid understanding of web application architecture, including database integration (SQL/NoSQL), performance optimization, and security best practices.
- Candidates should possess experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
