We are looking for a proactive and analytical MIS / Data Analyst for E-Commerce & Quick Commerce to manage online marketplace operations, improve product visibility, monitor sales performance, and drive growth across digital commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain MIS reports for ecomm and quick comm - inventory, sales, and procurement.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards for cross-functional teams.
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and insights.
- Prepare reports related to wastage, cost analysis, and process efficiency.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to collect and validate data.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel macros or BI tools.




- Maintain master data and ensure data accuracy across all reports and systems.
- Support management in planning and forecasting activities.
- Assist in implementing and improving ERP/MIS systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Approximately 1 year of experience in MIS or data analysis, preferably in a FMCG environment with Ecomm and Quick comm exposure.
- Robust proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros/VBA).
- Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems - Tallypreferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle large datasets with accuracy and attention to detail.
