Tracking of electricity consumption at stores and identification of saving potentials4. Coordination with store teams for the issuance of Capex, Opex and AMC approvals5. Creation of PO, PR and invoice processing for the department6.
Maintaining records of all the PO, expenses and issuance of the capex budget to the store team7. IOT – Managing all IOT controller connectivity8. Help in budget creation for the maintenance team9. MIS reporting for the department for the expenses related to the maintenance team10.
Store visits for NSOs and validation of technical services of the store11. Cost negotiation in coordination with procurement team Top KPI’s (Ideally Measurable) for this role are1. Timely renewals of all the AMCs, timely closer of all invoices and PO2.
Budget tracking and monthly MIS3. IOT network connectivity and whitelisting part.
