Solid knowledge of z/OS Db2 (min 5 years working on Db2, ideally to DBA proficiency, covering all things Db2 (table manipulation, SQL, IFI306, Db2 compression, encryption etc..)
Ability to work competently with z/OS JCL and Db2 utilities
Ability to help create test scenarios & test automations
IMS: Skills necessary
Solid knowledge of z/OS IMS (min 5 years working on IMS, ideally to DBA proficiency, covering all things IMS (Catalogue usage, table manipulation, SQL, logging mechanisms, compression, encryption etc..)
Ability to work competently with z/OS JCL and IMS utilities (IBM & BMC)
Ability to help create test scenarios & test automations iii. VSAM: Skills necessary
Solid knowledge of z/OS VSAM (min 5 years working on VSAM covering all things VSAM (File manipulation whether RRN, ESDS, KSDS etc. use of VSAM exits, compression & encryption options etc..)
Understanding VSAM when working in a CICS workplace, including CICS Transaction handler
