ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

DAVZON Pvt. Ltd. is exploring the launch of an innovative practical learning initiative for school students focused on Robotics, Coding and future technologies. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on and technically strong Robotics & Coding Master Trainer / Lead Instructor to help us evaluate and potentially lead this upcoming programme.

The selected candidate may help evaluate teaching platforms, robotics kits, curriculum approaches and learning methodologies, and may become part of the core academic team as the programme develops.

Talegaon Dabhade, Pune, Maharashtra

ENGAGEMENT TYPE

Full-Time or Part-Time / Flexible. We are open to discussing the most suitable engagement model with the right candidate. Part time opportunities may suit experienced professionals, engineers or trainers available during evenings and/or weekends.

PROGRAMME AREAS

· Robotics and practical technology projects

· Block-based coding and programming fundamentals

· Scratch, Blockly, PictoBlox or similar visual programming platforms

· Arduino and microcontrollers

· Sensors, motors and basic electronics

· IoT and smart projects

· Python fundamentals

· AI and emerging technologies for students

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Conduct engaging Robotics and Coding sessions for school students.

· Teach technical concepts in a simple, practical and age-appropriate manner.

· Conduct hands-on activities, projects, challenges and demonstrations.

· Encourage creativity, logical thinking and problem-solving.

· Create a fun, safe and positive learning environment for children.

· Work with robotics kits, sensors, motors, actuators and microcontrollers.

· Teach or support Scratch, Blockly, PictoBlox or similar coding platforms.

· Support students with programming fundamentals and Python as appropriate.

· Help evaluate suitable curriculum, kits, LMS platforms and teaching methodologies.





· Provide input on age-wise course structure and student learning pathways.

· Potentially help train and mentor junior trainers as the programme expands.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

Strong foundation in some or most of the following:

· Scratch or other block-based coding platforms

· Programming fundamentals and logical thinking

· Python basics or intermediate knowledge

· Arduino and/or other microcontrollers

· ESP32 (preferred)

· Sensors and actuators

· DC motors and servo motors

· Motor drivers

· Basic electronics

· Robotics project development

· IoT concepts (preferred)

TEACHING & PERSONAL SKILLS

· Genuine interest in working with and teaching children.

· Patience, energy and a friendly, approachable personality.

· Strong communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to simplify technical concepts for young learners.

· Ability to make learning practical, engaging and enjoyable.

· Willingness to continuously learn new technologies, kits and teaching platforms.

PREFERRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

· B.E. / B.Tech – Computer Science / IT

· Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering

· Electrical / Electronics Engineering

· Mechatronics / Robotics / Instrumentation

· BCA / MCA

· B.Sc / M.Sc Computer Science

· Diploma in relevant technical fields

Relevant practical experience and strong teaching ability may be considered in place of a specific degree.

Prior experience with a specific robotics education brand is not mandatory. Training on selected platforms and kits may be provided.

WHAT WE ARE REALLY LOOKING FOR

We are not simply looking for someone who can build a robot. We are looking for someone who can build a robot and explain how it works to a 10-year-old in an exciting and simple way.

The ability to connect with children, create curiosity and make learning enjoyable is as important as technical knowledge.

COMPENSATION

Competitive compensation based on experience, skills, availability and the engagement model.

· Fixed monthly compensation for full-time or committed part-time engagement

· Per-session or per-workshop compensation, where applicable

· Performance-based incentives

· Additional opportunities as student batches, workshops and school programmes expand

Compensation and incentives will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.

LOCATION PREFERENCE

Candidates from, or willing to travel regularly to, Talegaon Dabhade are preferred. Candidates from Chakan, Dehu Road, Ravet, Nigdi, PCMC and nearby Pune areas are also encouraged to apply.
