Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of Drupal 8/9/10 development.
- Strong PHP, OOP, MVC/MVVM.
- Custom Drupal modules, themes, and integrations.
- MySQL/MariaDB, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Twig.
- REST/GraphQL API development.
- CI/CD and DevOps experience.
- Team leadership and Agile/Scrum experience.
- Performance optimization and security best practices.
Good to Have
- Acquia Certification / Acquia-hosted projects.
- Headless Drupal with React/Angular/Vue.
- AWS/Azure/GCP and Docker.
- TDD/BDD experience.
