Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to work on the Airline Gateway (AGW) platform. The role focuses on Python backend development, distributed systems, microservices and cloud-native application development on AWS.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable cloud-native applications on AWS .
- Build and enhance backend services using Python .
- Design and develop microservices and REST APIs .
- Drive scalability, reliability, performance and observability.
- Work with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and CI/CD.
- Make architecture decisions and guide the engineering team.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers.
- Contribute to modernization and future adoption of Go .

Requirements





- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on Python backend development experience.
- Solid experience designing distributed systems / microservices .
- Deep practical experience with AWS architecture .
- Experience with REST APIs and cloud-native applications.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and CI/CD .
- Good understanding of scalability, concurrency, fault tolerance and system design.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and observability tools.
- Aviation/airline domain experience is a plus.
