Job Summary:

Experienced in mechanical, functional, and environmental reliability testing, including salt spray, heat soak, UTM, weather meter, Taber, drop test, and chemical sensitivity. Skilled in assembly, machining, and press operations, with robust understanding of engineering specifications and inspection processes. Proficient in process audits, equipment calibration, and training inspection personnel.

Actively involved in NPI, cross-functional collaboration, and QMS documentation (SOPs, work instructions, control plans). Capable of team management, addressing in-process non-conformities, and driving FACA closure.

Responsibilities:

- Hands on Experience on Mechanical, functional and environmental Reliability Testing method.
- Depth operating knowledge on Salt spray, Heat soak, UTM, Weather meter, Taber testing, Drop test, Chemical sensitivity etc.
- Manage teamwork and motivate them as per situations.
- Able to understand customer requirement and deliver result.
- Able to conduct process audit as per plan.
- Knowledge Assembly, machining, and press operation.
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
- Participate in the NPI activities




- Closely work with QMS to create & develop Work instructions, SOP, procedure and control plan (Inspection plan) for new product, Process, instrument etc.
- Responsible for in process NG product and follow up for the FACA
- Ability to understand the Engineering specifications & train and certify inspection personnel
- Proper selection Buying training for the new instrument/ equipment
- Calibrate inspection equipments, instruments and ensure its proper functioning.

Qualifications: 7- 10 Yrs exp -Diploma/BE-Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics
