Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram for a Lead Development Representative. The role involves identifying and qualifying potential clients through various channels, including calls, messages, social media, and referrals.

The Lead Development

Representative will engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and provide clear information about clinic services and treatment options. They will nurture leads, schedule consultations, follow up on inquiries, and maintain accurate records in CRM or lead tracking systems. The role also includes collaborating with the sales and clinic operations teams to improve lead conversion,



participating in promotional activities, and providing feedback on client trends and service improvements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Lead Generation and Research skills to identify, qualify, and prioritize potential clients.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport, handle inquiries, and provide clear, empathetic information.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to convert qualified leads into appointments and support revenue growth.
- Fluency in English language is an added advantage.
- Candidates should have good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
- Prior experience in inside sales, lead development, or customer-facing roles, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or beauty industries, is beneficial.
- Comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic digital communication platforms is preferred.
- Minimum of a Graduate degree is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, maintain professional conduct, and uphold client confidentiality and ethical standards.
