Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a LabVIEW Developer based in New Delhi, with flexibility for partial work from home. The LabVIEW Developer will design, develop, and maintain test and measurement applications using NI LabVIEW for Automatic Test Equipment and related test setups.

Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and optimizing test sequences, integrating hardware and embedded systems, troubleshooting software and system issues, and collaborating with engineering teams to define test requirements. The role also involves documenting code and test procedures, maintaining version control, and supporting deployments and upgrades to ensure robust, scalable solutions for clients.

Qualifications





- Strong proficiency in NI LabVIEW development for test and measurement applications, including experience with LabVIEW toolkits and drivers.
- Hands-on experience with Automatic Test Equipment, test setup machines, and basic electronic instrumentation (oscilloscopes, DAQs, signal generators, Power Analyzer, AC DC Power Supply).
- Knowledge of embedded systems concepts and interfaces (e.g., serial, CAN, Ethernet) and ability to integrate hardware with LabVIEW software.
- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals such as modular design, debugging, version control, and documentation best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and in a hybrid in office/remote setting.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience with NI TestStand, automated test frameworks, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Prior work in industrial automation, electronics manufacturing, or product testing environments is a plus.
