About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Architect specializing in Java to join our dynamic team in Mumbai or Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise application development, modernization, and cloud integration. As an Associate Architect, you will play a pivotal role in bridging client requirements with technical solutions, ensuring seamless project execution from initiation to completion.

You will collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to design, develop, and enhance scalable, secure, and maintainable Java-based enterprise applications. Your expertise will help shape the technical direction of projects, improve service standards, and foster innovation within the team.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Java application development and architecture. A strong understanding of enterprise-level software development, modernization techniques, and cloud architecture is essential. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Java LTS versions (Java 17/21/25), J2EE, Spring Boot, and API development (REST and SOAP).





Proficiency with tools such as Git, Maven, and JFrog is required. A solid grasp of object-oriented programming principles, database management (SQL or NoSQL), and Agile methodologies is necessary. Familiarity with AWS services, cloud deployment, and automation tools like AWS Transform Custom (ATX) will be advantageous.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to lead technical teams and projects successfully.

Responsibilities

As an Associate Architect, your responsibilities will include engaging with clients for project briefing, consultation, and review sessions to understand their technical needs and expectations. You will support the design, development, and modernization of enterprise Java applications, ensuring they adhere to best practices and industry standards.

Your role involves managing customer demands and translating them into technical solutions while maintaining high-quality standards. You will oversee project activities, coordinate between internal teams and external resources, and facilitate smooth workflow to ensure timely delivery. Evaluating project data for accuracy and setting strategic project targets will be key aspects of your role.

Mentoring and training team members to improve their technical skills and ensuring adherence to coding and architecture best practices will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies,



conducting research to incorporate innovative solutions into ongoing projects. You will review customer technical demands, assist in identifying optimal methods for deployment and maintenance, and ensure APIs and software components are robust, scalable, and maintainable.

Your technical expertise will also be utilized in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and ensuring security standards across applications.
