- Handle IT support tickets via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues (laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals).
- Provide support for dialer, softphone email, and collaboration tools.
- Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 support teams.
- Support basic network connectivity issues (OS, Wi-Fi, VPN).
- Ensure timely resolution of IT requests with user first approach.
- Required Skills Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and common IT applications.
- Understanding of hardware/software components and troubleshooting.
- Positive communication skills (Hindi/English).
