Role Description

We are looking for an Information Technology Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India .

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career professionals interested in working across IT infrastructure, system administration, networking, hardware, software applications, cybersecurity, databases, technical support, and enterprise systems within a manufacturing environment.

The Information Technology Engineer will work closely with IT, operations, engineering, production, finance, supply chain, and other business teams to ensure reliable technology support, secure systems, and smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma / BCA / B.Sc. / MCA in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communication, or a related discipline .
- Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.




- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in IT engineering, IT support, system administration, networking, infrastructure, hardware, software support, or related roles can apply.
- Candidates from IT services, technology, manufacturing, FMCG, telecom, consulting, logistics, financial services, engineering, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, servers, and IT infrastructure .
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, VPN, Active Directory, and basic network administration will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, Microsoft 365, virtualization, VMware, Hyper-V, or similar technologies will be beneficial.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or other cloud platforms will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, endpoint protection, backups, firewall, and access management will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with SQL, databases, ERP systems, business applications, or reporting tools will be an advantage.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with users, vendors, service providers, and cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work in an on-site manufacturing environment .
- Internship, certification, home-lab, academic project, personal project, or industrial training experience will be considered but is not mandatory .
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies, systems, and IT tools.
