Role Description The Implementation Manager will lead end-to-end deployment of Compport’s compensation management solutions for clients, ensuring successful configuration, rollout, and adoption. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves gathering and analyzing client requirements, designing solution workflows, and coordinating implementation timelines.

The Implementation

Manager will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to configure modules, test integrations, and resolve issues. In this role,



the individual will conduct training sessions for client stakeholders, prepare documentation, and support change management and post-go-live optimization. The position also includes monitoring implementation progress, managing risks, and providing ongoing guidance to help clients maximize the value of Compport’s platform.

Qualifications

- Experience in implementation or project management for SaaS or enterprise software solutions, with strong skills in planning, coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to analyze business and HR processes, translate requirements into solution designs, and configure systems to support compensation workflows.
- Competence in data handling and quality assurance, including data mapping, validation, testing, and troubleshooting of configuration or integration issues.
- Robust communication and presentation skills to lead client meetings, deliver training sessions, and create clear documentation and user guides.
- Background in HR, compensation, or total rewards is highly beneficial, with understanding of salary reviews, incentive plans, and pay equity considerations.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with a problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a focus on delivering an excellent client experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Information Technology, or a related field; prior experience in implementation roles or consulting is an advantage.
