About Position:

We are looking for an experienced IBM FTM specialist with deep hands‑on expertise in FTM for Payments, OpenShift, and enterprise‑grade integration platforms. The role involves supporting payment modernization initiatives, implementing scalable transaction systems, and leading FTM integration across high‑volume BFSI environments.

What You'll Do:

- Implement and support IBM FTM for Payments modules: ACH, Check, RTP, Zelle.
- Configure payment flows using components such as Map Designer, Transaction Editor, Event Framework, Message Broker.
- Integrate FTM with upstream/downstream systems including SWIFT, ACH, RTGS, core banking.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune transaction processing performance.
- Collaborate with business analysts & solution architects to define workflows and integration points.
- OpenShift / Cloud‑Native Modernisation
- Lead containerisation of FTM modules using OpenShift / Docker stack.
- Develop OpenShift operators (Ansible/Golang) for automation.
- Migrate applications from WebSphere to Liberty Profile (WLP) and from IIB to AppConnect Enterprise (ACE).
- Optimise deployments for HA, backup, compliance, and IBM FS Cloud.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8-12 years total experience with 5+ years hands-on in IBM FTM implementations, upgrades & integration.
- Implement and support IBM FTM for Payments modules: ACH, Check, RTP, Zelle.
- Configure payment flows using components such as Map Designer, Transaction Editor, Event Framework, Message Broker.
- Integrate FTM with upstream/downstream systems including SWIFT, ACH, RTGS, core banking.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune transaction processing performance.
- Collaborate with business analysts & solution architects to define workflows and integration points.
- Lead containerisation of FTM modules using OpenShift / Docker stack.

- Strong practical knowledge of:
- OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker
- IBM Integration Bus (IIB), ACE, WebSphere MQ, DB2
- Java, XML, REST/SOAP, Shell scripting
- Familiarity with ISO 20022, SWIFT MT/MX formats.
- Exposure to GitOps frameworks: ArgoCD, Istio, Operators & CRDs, multi‑cluster designs.
- Certifications in IBM FTM, OpenShift, Azure, or related technologies.
- Experience in BFSI, especially large‑scale payments modernization programs.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
