About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HRBP Trainee to support our HR Business Partner team in driving employee engagement, talent management, and HR operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in strategic HR while partnering with business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR Business Partners in managing the employee lifecycle (onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, etc.).
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and wellness programs.
- Coordinate performance management activities and maintain HR documentation.
- Help address employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRMS.
- Support learning and development initiatives by coordinating training programs.
- Assist with HR analytics, MIS reports, and workforce data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Collaborate with recruitment and HR operations teams to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic understand of AI or any automation tool.

Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Robust academic background with a passion for Human Resources.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to HRMS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Basic knowledge of employee relations and performance management.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
