Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Pune

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 3-5 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Design graphics, icons, illustrations, and layouts for learning modules and presentations.
- Modify and enhance existing visual content for clarity and appeal.
- Support senior designers with concept execution and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Assist in creating storyboards, mockups and basic animations.
- Maintain organized design assets and libraries.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and developers to align visuals with learning goals.
- Stay current with design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Required Skills

- 3 to 5 years of relevant Graphic Design experience, preferably in eLearning / EdTech / Digital Learning.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign




- After Effects / Premiere Pro good to have
- Knowledge of Articulate Storyline / Rise 360 / Adobe Captivate is preferred.
- Positive understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, colour theory, and composition.
- Experience in creating learning visuals, storyboards, infographics, and interactive assets.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a good creative portfolio.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Experience with Canva / Figma / AI design tools.
- Understanding of LMS, SCORM, responsive and accessible learning content.
