Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with 812 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, JPA, Microservices Architecture, Angular, React, Node.js, Azure, SQL, PostgreSQL, and RESTful APIs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing scalable and high-performance applications across both backend and frontend technologies. This role requires strong technical expertise, architectural understanding, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack applications.
- Develop robust backend applications and services using Java, Spring Boot, and JPA/Hibernate.
- Design and implement microservices-based architectures following industry best practices.
- Design, develop, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs for internal and external applications.
- Develop modern, responsive, and reusable user interfaces using Angular and React.
- Develop and maintain backend services and integrations using Node.js.
- Design, develop, and optimize database solutions using SQL and PostgreSQL.
- Implement efficient data-access layers using JPA/Hibernate and ensure optimal database performance.
- Develop and deploy cloud-based applications using Microsoft Azure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, performance, integration, and production issues.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, and development best practices.
- Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to application architecture and solution design.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers,



and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Develop unit and integration tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance to the development team.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, application architecture, performance, and maintainability.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, API specifications, and application design documentation.

Required Technical Skills

Backend

- Strong hands-on experience with Java.
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot / Spring Framework.
- Strong knowledge of JPA/Hibernate and ORM concepts.
- Proven experience designing and developing Microservices Architecture.
- Strong experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Positive understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles.

Frontend

- Strong hands-on experience with Angular.
- Good experience with React / ReactJS.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and reusable UI components.
- Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful backend services.

Node.js

- Hands-on experience with Node.js for API development, backend services, or application integrations.
- Good understanding of asynchronous programming and Node.js application development.

Database

- Strong experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.
- Experience in database design, query optimization, indexing, joins, and performance tuning.
- Strong understanding of database development and data-access patterns.

Microsoft Azure

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Experience deploying and supporting applications in Azure environments.
- Understanding of Azure cloud services, scalability, availability, security, and monitoring.
- Good understanding of cloud-native application development.
