We are looking for a mid-level Full Stack engineer who can own and manage the full technical side of the platform. This person should be able to work across frontend, backend, infrastructure, deployments, debugging, and production support.

This role is not only for writing code. We need someone who can understand the product, make safe technical decisions, debug real production issues, and help keep the system reliable.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain frontend, backend, and infrastructure features.
- Work across React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, AWS, Docker, and Postgres/Aurora.
- Debug production issues using logs, database queries, AWS tools, and code investigation.
- Manage deployments, rollbacks, migrations, environment configs, and release safety.
- Review code and make sure changes are secure, reliable, reversible, and well-tested.
- Own technical planning for new product requirements.
- Identify risks before changes go live.
- Help improve system performance, reliability, monitoring, and developer workflow.
- Communicate clearly with business stakeholders.

Tech Stack
- Frontend: React, TypeScript, Vite




- Backend: Python, FastAPI
- Database: Postgres / Aurora
- Cloud: AWS ECS, S3, CloudWatch, Cognito, SQS, Lambda
- Infrastructure: AWS CDK, Docker, CI/CD
- Deployments: Containerized services, environment configs, logs, rollback planning
- Security: Experience with healthcare, PHI, HIPAA, or security-sensitive systems is a strong plus

Ideal Candidate
- Full-stack engineer with solid ownership.
- Comfortable managing systems end-to-end.
- Strong production debugging experience.
- Strong AWS and Docker/container experience.
- Can work independently without needing every step defined.
- Understands how to make changes safely in production systems.
- Can explain technical decisions in simple terms.
- Has good judgment around security, data, and reliability.
- Have some understanding about statistical algorithms
- Extremely good conversational skills (Fluent in English)

Qualifications Bachelors or Masters Degree in any field of Engg/Math/Physics
