Desible.ai is Looking for:**** About Desible AI Desible AI is an early-stage voice AI company building enterprise-grade autonomous agents for customer engagement across calls, SMS, and WhatsApp — with a solid focus on BFSI, fintech, insurance, and education verticals.

Role Overview We are looking for a backend-heavy Full Stack Engineer who will own services end-to-end — from LLM-enabled backend systems to infrastructure — in a fast-moving, no-layers startup environment. Frontend is largely AI-generated; your primary ownership is the backend and the AI layer powering it.

Responsibilities

- Build, own, and scale Node.js/TypeScript backend services in production
- Design and implement LLM-integrated features — tool calling, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows
- Own async/event-driven system design and architecture decisions
- Handle DevOps and infrastructure responsibilities — no separate infra team
- Work directly with the Head of Engineering; contribute to technical decision-making from day one
- Maintain production-grade reliability across services used by enterprise BFSI clients

Must-Have Requirements

- Hands-on production experience with Node.js and TypeScript
- Hands-on LLM / AI integration experience (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar APIs; prompt engineering, structured outputs)
- System design and architecture ownership — minimum 1–1.5 years




- DevOps / infra ownership in a production environment
- Background from a SaaS or platform-services product company that has raised $10M+
- B.Tech or equivalent CS degree (MCA not accepted)
- Currently based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate immediately

Good to Have

- Experience at a conversational AI or voice AI company (e.g. Yellow.ai, Gupshup, Haptik)
- BFSI or fintech product background
- RAG, agentic AI, or tool-calling architecture experience
- AWS cloud infrastructure experience
- Working knowledge of React / Next.js
- Python — comfortable or able to ramp quickly
- Security/compliance exposure (VAPT, SOC 2, DPDP Act)

Compensation & Logistics

- Fixed CTC: 25 LPA + 10% variable + ESOPs
- Location: Bengaluru — strictly Work From Office, 5 days/week
- Notice period: Max 30 days
- Experience: 3.5 – 6.5 years
