Gyanada Preschool is a rapidly growing preschool brand committed to providing quality early childhood education while expanding through a strong franchise network across India. We are looking for an experienced Franchise Development Manager who understands the preschool franchise industry and can drive our expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, qualify, and convert preschool franchise leads.
- Handle franchise enquiries from social media, digital campaigns, and other lead sources.
- Conduct franchise presentations, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Guide prospective franchise partners through the complete onboarding process.
- Develop strategies to expand the Gyanada Preschool franchise network.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to achieve franchise growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.

Requirements




- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Preschool Franchise Development (Mandatory).
- Experience in selling or managing preschool/education franchises is essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Robust understanding of the preschool education industry.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel if required.
- Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
