1. Purpose of the Job: Embedded software Tester of Safety products for Industrial Automation.

2. Major Activities / Principal Accountabilities:

- Valuable system understanding, requirement analysis skills.

- Process experience in real-time, embedded programming languages c/c++ and ANSI C

- Proficient in black box and White box testing

- Knowledge of test case creation (classification tree method and equivalence class method)

- Practical experience with implementation of automated test applications

- System, component, functional level testing for product with test procedures and automations

- Interact with internal and external stake holders

- Experience in MISRA 2004 and 2012 coding guidelines.

1. Core Skills:

- 4+ years of experience in software testing and executing test automation.





- Practical experience as embedded software developer (at least 3 years) =>reverse engineering skills.

- Good knowledge of iec 61508, especially 3, 6, 7 (fs engineer preferred)

- Extended knowledge in Tessy 4 (Unit Test of C-Functions)

- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level

- Experience in working with Static code analysis tool for C and C++

- Experience with Software Development and Defect Life Cycles.

1. Behavioral Skills:

- Work in a team of self-motivated engineers and equally contribute for success of the project

- Independent and autonomous working method in the project team

- Fluent in English, German is an advantage

- Microsoft Office (Word , Excel)
