Key Responsibilities

- Monitor day-to-day engineering and construction activities at site.

- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams.

- Review drawings and resolve site-related technical issues.

- Track project progress, manpower, materials, and contractor performance.

- Conduct site inspections and ensure timely closure of quality observations.

- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and project MIS.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in residential construction/projects.

- Good knowledge of construction practices, drawings, site execution, and MS Office.

- Solid coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
