Role Overview :

As an Engineering Manager, you will serve as the technical and strategic anchor for our product engineering division, bridging the gap between high-level business objectives and robust software execution.

Your day-to-day involves leading high-performing engineering teams, overseeing the architectural integrity of our platforms, and fostering a culture of technical excellence. You will collaborate closely with product managers, cross-functional stakeholders, and executive leadership to translate complex requirements into scalable, reliable software solutions. Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable software products that meet evolving business demands.
- Architect and oversee the development of full-stack applications, ensuring that technical choices align with long-term product roadmaps and performance benchmarks.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including CI/CD, automated testing, and code reviews, to enhance team productivity and code quality.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to refine requirements and ensure that technical constraints and opportunities are clearly communicated to all stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle,



balancing feature development with technical debt reduction to ensure sustainable system growth.
- Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by providing regular feedback, career guidance, and technical mentorship to individual contributors.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling complex software systems using Java, Python, and Node.js, with a deep understanding of modern web frameworks like React.js.
- Proven ability to manage full-stack development lifecycles within cloud-native environments, specifically leveraging AWS services for infrastructure and deployment.
- Strong proficiency in MERN stack development, with a track record of delivering end-to-end solutions that are both performant and maintainable.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, negotiate technical priorities, and communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A strategic mindset that balances immediate project delivery with the long-term vision of the product and the qualified growth of team members.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by a history of leading engineering teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid or flexible work setup, maintaining high levels of collaboration and team cohesion across distributed locations in Hyderabad, Kolkata, or Mumbai.
