Face to Face -(Monday ,Tuesday & Wednesday)

Technical Skills Required:

- 10+ years of experience in RESTful API development, server-side technologies, and cloud-based architectures.

- 7+ Years experience in mobile native development

- 3+ years of direct people management experience, including performance management, hiring, and coaching.

- Proven track record of success leading a development team in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where management of complex product requirements is a driver of success

- Demonstrated experience leading teams building and growing native mobile applications

- Strong knowledge of mobile development frameworks and tools, such as Kotlin, Swift, Firebase

- Expertise in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Microservices architecture, Mobile applications and distributed systems.

- Strong experience with Relational & NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB) and middleware technologies.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation, DevOps, and contemporary software engineering practices.
