Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to ensure the smooth and reliable operation of electrical systems, production machinery and plant utilities in an automotive electrical and electronics manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and production machinery.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, sensors, relays, contactors, control panels, VFDs and other electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, servo drives and machine control systems.
- Handle electrical maintenance of production equipment such as winding machines, PCB assembly machines, potting machines and other automated equipment.
- Maintain LT panels, MCC panels, distribution systems and electrical utilities.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize machine breakdowns and downtime.
- Analyze recurring breakdowns and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Maintain breakdown records, PM reports, checklists and machine history.




- Coordinate with Production, Quality and Engineering teams for machine-related issues.
- Support installation, commissioning and modification of current machines.
- Ensure availability of critical electrical spares.
- Follow electrical safety procedures, LOTO and plant safety standards.
- Support energy-saving and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Need to documentation MTTR and MTBF. Also PM Plan V/S Actual check sheet monitoring and updating.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance.
- Good knowledge of PLC, HMI, VFD and servo systems.
- Knowledge of motors, sensors, relays, contactors and control panels.
- Ability to read and understand electrical circuit diagrams.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical safety and LOTO practices.

Preferred Experience Candidates from Automotive, Auto Components, Electrical & Electronics or similar manufacturing industries.
