Core Responsibilities Maintenance Supervisor

Reporting to Manager Maintenance

Responsible for complete preventive Maintenance of the Patient Accommodations.

Responsible for the material & Tools management required for Preventive Maintenance.

Assisting maintenance manager for the works carried out in the maintenance department.

Responsible for the Maintenance energy monitoring and reporting.

Responsible for the complaint management system, and maintaining zero pending tickets.

Responsible for the maintaining the log books with the daily parameters.

Responsible for the execution of project related works under electrical and plumbing trades.

Skill-Set Required

Good Communication.

Handling pressure.

Positive Technical skills, problem finding.

Hands on Experience in Preventive Maintenance.

Decision making.

Education and Experience

Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Mechanical Engineering

4 to 5 Years of Experience in Hospital Maintenance Industry.
