Role Description The Electrical Design Engineer role at Naukripay group is a full-time, in office position based in Rohtak.

The Electrical Design

Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems and components for various projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. Day-to-day tasks include preparing detailed electrical drawings and documentation, performing load calculations, selecting appropriate equipment, and coordinating power distribution layouts. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, reviewing project specifications,



supporting installation and commissioning activities, and resolving technical issues during project execution.

The Electrical Design

Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement by recommending design optimizations and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Design and Design Engineering for creating and reviewing project-specific electrical layouts and documentation.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge in Electrical Engineering and Electricity to analyze system requirements and ensure safe, efficient operation.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Power Distribution to design and coordinate distribution systems for industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with CAD tools and electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar) and familiarity with relevant electrical codes and standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in Rohtak and coordinate with engineering, project, and field teams.
- Prior experience in industrial or building electrical projects, and understanding of safety practices and quality procedures, is an advantage.
