Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate .NET Developer to join our product development team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing Payroll & HRMS software applications.

Candidates with experience in Payroll, HRMS, SQL Server, statutory compliance, and API integration will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain Payroll & HRMS software applications.
- Develop scalable and secure web applications using ASP.NET MVC / ASP.NET Core and C#.
- Design and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Develop modules for:
- Payroll Processing
- Attendance Management
- Leave Management
- Employee Self-Service (ESS)
- Salary Structure Management
- Implement statutory compliance features such as PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, LWF, Bonus, and Gratuity.
- Integrate biometric attendance devices and third-party APIs.




- Develop and maintain REST APIs for web and mobile applications.
- Troubleshoot software issues and provide timely bug fixes.
- Optimize application and database performance.
- Work closely with QA, Product, and Support teams.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
- Ensure application security, data integrity, and quality.
