Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatch Manager based in Saket, Delhi, India.

The Dispatch

Manager will oversee daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery schedules while managing and supervising team members.

Responsibilities include coordinating shipping and logistics, maintaining operations workflows, handling customer inquiries related to dispatch, and ensuring high standards of customer service.



The role also requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.

Qualifications

- Strong Supervisory Skills and expertise in Dispatching
- Proficiency in Operations Management, logistics coordination in appointment based shipments
- Experience in Q-com shipments
- Excellent Communication abilities coupled with Customer Service orientation
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and in office environment
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle time-sensitive situations efficiently
- Familiarity with logistics software or dispatch management tools is an asset
- Experience in team leadership and operational planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred
