About the Role:

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable, high-performance, and fault-tolerant infrastructure for messaging, caching, and log management platforms. You will drive automation, system reliability, and observability while ensuring 99.9% uptime across critical production environments. Working closely with development and operations teams, you will enable seamless deployments, optimize performance, and support business-critical applications at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, deploy, and manage highly available RabbitMQ clusters and Redis (Standalone/Cluster) environments.

- Administer and optimize the ELK Stack, including Elasticsearch, Kibana dashboards, visualizations, and alerting.

- Monitor and enhance system performance by optimizing message queues, Redis memory utilization, Elasticsearch indexing, and search efficiency.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to queue congestion, memory exhaustion, log ingestion bottlenecks, and system performance.

- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and prepare post-incident reports.





- Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) drills and ensure operational readiness.

- Maintain process documentation and support periodic audits.

- Manage incidents, changes, and service requests through ticketing tools.

- Coordinate with product, development, and support teams to drive issue resolution and deployment success.

Required Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 68 years of hands-on DevOps/Infrastructure experience.

- Solid expertise in Redis administration and performance tuning.

- Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ and message queue management.

- Strong knowledge of ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) or equivalent monitoring/log management platforms.

- Proven experience in incident management within SLA-driven production environments.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) capabilities.

- Experience collaborating with development teams on deployments and environment-related issues.
