- DevOps Engineer interns join the team managing large customer deployments,

- Interns learn the agent-native craft, focusing on operational work, automation, and supporting senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities
- Work on operations tickets and project task queues with the DevOps team.
- Communicate with Engineering to implement broad customer changes.
- Automate operational and server provisioning workflows using AWS CloudFormation templates.
- Share responsibility for deploying releases and maintaining operations.
- Improve operations infrastructure, including Jenkins clusters, Bitbucket, and monitoring tools like Consul, Graphite, and Grafana.
- Provide operational support for the Engineering team.
- Assist in migrating dedicated hardware infrastructure to the cloud.

Requirements/Skills/Qualifications

- Conceptual understanding of version control systems (git), including branching and merging strategies.
- Conceptual understanding of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Conceptual understanding of Snowflake.
- Exposure to software build tools (Maven, Gradle) and continuous integration tools (Jenkins); experience supporting Java-based applications in production.
- Conceptual understanding of Linux environments and scripting languages (bash, Python, Groovy).
