We work with leading neurology providers, pharmaceutical companies, and healthcare organizations to solve some of the most complex challenges in neuroscience.Key Responsibilities

- Deployment monitoring — verify rollouts, catch failed deploys, and monitor CI/CD pipelines (ArgoCD, GitHub) during the US window.
- Cluster & application uptime — watch EKS workload health (pod and application uptime, alerts, resource pressure) and perform first-line remediation — rollout restarts, scaling, restarting stuck workloads — per runbook.
- On-prem, edge support — remotely restart failed applications on Mac Studios at US clinic sites, diagnose connectivity and endpoint issues, and coordinate with on-site clinic staff.
- End-user IT support — provide first-line IT and endpoint support to US end users during their hours (device, MDM, AV, connectivity), bridging the window when the India IT/sysadmin is offline.
- Incident triage — assess severity during shift, execute runbooks, resolve what you can,



and escalate cleanly to the IST team with full context.
- Handoff & logging — maintain disciplined written start/end-of-shift handoffs; log incidents in Jira and track issues in GitHub.
- Runbooks — contribute to and improve runbooks based on recurring issues.Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years in a hybrid DevOps, IT-operations, SRE, or NOC role.
- Hands-on Kubernetes, EKS operations — kubectl, reading logs, managing deployments, ArgoCD.
- AWS fundamentals — EC2, EKS, CloudWatch, IAM basics.
- Monitoring and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana.
- Comfortable across both Linux and macOS — remote Mac Studio support is core to this role.
- Endpoint & IT support fundamentals — MDM (Jamf, Kandji, or similar), AV, remote troubleshooting (VPN, SSH, remote access).
- Scripting (Bash, Python) for triage and light automation.
- Incident handling, ticketing (Jira), and Git, GitHub.
- Able to work autonomously through solo night coverage, with strong, clear written communication for handoffs and for US clinic/end-user interaction.Nice to Have
- Healthcare or HIPAA-regulated workplace experience and PHI-handling awareness.
- Exposure to Karpenter, KEDA, or GitOps workflows.
