Qualification: Graduate (B.Sc., B.Tech, BCA) or 3-Year Regular Diploma in Electronics Engineering/Computer Science
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop and laptop hardware & software support.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop/laptop issues.
- Run OEM diagnostic tools to identify hardware faults.
- Replace defective desktop/laptop components as required.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Coordinate with users to resolve technical issues within SLA.
- Ensure timely closure of support tickets and maintain documentation.
Required Skills:
- 5–6 years of experience in Desktop Support or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with OEM diagnostic tools.
- Experience in desktop/laptop hardware troubleshooting and part replacement.
- Good understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
