Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and help transform raw data into meaningful business insights. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from datasets.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from databases.
- Use Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and calculations.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform data validation and identify data quality issues.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management and internal teams.
- Translate business requirements into data analysis and reporting solutions.
- Present findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support teams in making data-driven business decisions.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand their data and reporting requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related role.




- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good working knowledge of SQL.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
- Understanding of basic statistics and data analysis concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis.
- Familiarity with Pandas and NumPy.
- Understanding of databases and data structures.
- Knowledge of data cleaning and ETL processes.
- Experience working with real-world datasets and business dashboards.
