About the Role :

Were building MDIP : a up-to-date Digital Insurance Platform that powers complex insurance journeys at enterprise scale. We are seeking proactive software engineers who go beyond routine task execution. The ideal candidate for this role is an innovative problem-solver who excels at overcoming technical challenges, writing high-quality code, and transforming conceptual ideas into product features.

Roles &

Responsibilities :

- Working across the stack to build real product capabilities, rather than isolated features.
- Solving complex problems across UI, services, data, and architecture.
- Shaping technical solutions and making critical engineering decisions.
- Building reusable, scalable, and high-quality software components.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Architecture, QA, UX, DevOps, and clients.

Required Skills :

- 5 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.




- Confident in building modern user interfaces utilizing Angular and TypeScript.
- Proven ability to design and build scalable Microservices and REST APIs.
- Strong data modelling and performance optimization skills using RDBMS and SQL.
- Deep understanding of software design patterns and clean architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain, challenge, collaborate, and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Good to Have :

- Domain experience in the Insurance sector, particularly Life or Health.
- Previous experience contributing to the development of an enterprise product or SaaS platform.
- Hands-on experience with modern deployment and infrastructure tools including Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD.

Qualification : Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering (Preferably Computer Science).
