We’re looking for a passionate, growth-driven Business Development Manager / Executive to join our growing Pet Care brand .

What you’ll do:

- Drive business growth and increase direct-to-consumer sales
- Identify new growth opportunities and consumer acquisition channels
- Build strategies to expand our customer base and drive revenue
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams
- Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour and competitors
- Drive initiatives to improve customer engagement and retention

What we’re looking for

- Experience in Business Development, Sales or Growth
- Solid understanding of B2C and consumer behaviour
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Pet Care, D2C, Retail or Consumer Brands will be an advantage
