Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to expand JFKC’s B2B business for custom e-learning and digital learning services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying organizations with learning and training requirements, understanding their content needs, presenting customized solutions, and converting opportunities into long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and qualify B2B prospects across India and international markets.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, online research, networking, and inbound enquiries.
- Understand client requirements for e-learning, digital training, microlearning, instructional design, and course development.
- Conduct client discovery meetings and solution presentations.
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and commercial offerings.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Develop and maintain a solid sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
- Build relationships with HR, L&D;, Training,



Talent Development, and business decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling, and long-term learning partnerships.
- Coordinate with instructional design, content, creative, and project teams for project execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings in corporate learning and e-learning.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and opportunity status.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s/PG degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in E-Learning, EdTech, IT, Digital Learning, or B2B Sales.
- Good understanding of e-learning, instructional design, digital learning, microlearning, and corporate training.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong consultative selling and client relationship skills.
- Experience dealing with HR/L&D;/Training teams is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with international clients and time zones.
- Proficiency in CRM, MS Office, LinkedIn, and online business-development tools.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and organized.
