AWS Developer

Experience: 5+ years

Location: Remote

Type: Contract

Responsibilities

- Refine and scope work for upcoming sprints.

- Deliver assigned tickets within agreed timelines.

- Investigate emerging technologies and assess their project viability.

- Conduct code reviews and maintain code-quality standards.

- Coordinate integrations, tasks and APIs with other teams.

- Work with QA teams to investigate and resolve issues.

- Assist solution architects with technical designs and complex task breakdowns—senior level.

- Mentor junior developers and support them with tasks and problem-solving—senior level.

Required experience

- Solid TypeScript and Node.js experience—essential.

- Hands-on experience with serverless architecture,



preferably using AWS-native services—essential.

- Experience with AWS Lambda, SQS, EventBridge and Step Functions—highly advantageous.

- Familiarity with AWS S3, DynamoDB and RDS—advantageous.

- Experience using Git or a similar version-control system.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Demonstrated ability to build robust, scalable and maintainable systems.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Effective team collaboration.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and proactively.
