Role Overview

Objective:

Replace manual operational processes with scalable, automated solutions across reporting, compliance, and application support workflows - shifting from spreadsheets and email-driven tasks to programmatic pipelines and self-service platforms.

Core Responsibilities:

Build and maintain automation pipelines to eliminate manual data processing Develop event-driven workflows and integrations across systems (APIs, services) Design and deliver self-service dashboards and reporting solutions Automate audit, compliance, and operational reporting processes Create reusable scripts/tools for data transformation, validation, and reconciliation Integrate automation with monitoring, alerting, and ticketing systems Collaborate with teams to identify and eliminate manual bottlenecks.

Must-Have Skills:

Automation-first mindset: 5+ Years - Experience with Power Automate, scripting, or workflow orchestration tools Strong programming: Python (primary) - 8 + Years, github copilot - 5 + Years API development/integration (REST, event-driven patterns) (8+ Years) Data engineering reporting:



5+ Years - Data pipelines, transformation, and structured/unstructured data handling Experience replacing: 8+ Years - Manual data handling 8+ Years -Spreadsheet-based tracking Email-driven processes

Nice-to-Have Skills:

RPA or advanced automation frameworks Cloud/platform automation (Azure, GCP, or similar) Security/compliance domain exposure (audit, IAM, risk processes) Dashboarding tools (Power BI or equivalent) Candidate Profile Robust developer with an automation mindset Comfortable working across systems, data, and workflows Focused on efficiency, scalability, and eliminating manual work Able to operate independently and deliver production-grade solutions quickly
