Role Description

- Having sound knowledge about Private Investments, Capital Market and Financial Market
- Must be familiar with Microsoft office tools
- Review and categorize incoming emails according to process guidelines.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on email volumes, turnaround times, and resolution status.
- Must have knowledge of Cash reconciliation process




- Play a key role in ensuring delivery from offshore center is on time and of high quality as agreed SLAs
- Support and assist in reporting on weekly/ monthly basis.
- Build strong client relationships to develop a good understanding of business needs and opportunity areas for both internal and external projects
- Collaborate with onshore SME on initiatives, key reports, and training.
- Provide data and analytical support for Finance and Operations.

Knowledge of wealth management ecosystem & trade lifecycle is a plus

Technical Skills

Skills Requirements:
- Knowledge of investment products such as equities, bonds, and derivatives
- Experience in managing investment operations processes such as trade settlements, portfolio accounting, and corporate actions
- Familiarity with investment management systems such as Bloomberg, Reuters, or FactSet
- Understanding of investment performance reporting and analytics
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Must understand the company's long-term vision and align with it.

Nice-to-have skills

- 1+ years of experience in Cash Reconciliation process

- Good knowledge of the Investment banking, financial institutions sector would be an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of various financial asset classes
- Valuable written and verbal communications skills with fluent written and spoken English
- Good organizational skills with the ability to shift fluidly between multiple projects

Qualifications

- Full- time MBA from a reputed institute.
