Description Artificial Intelligence Engineer role focused on AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for AI-driven search and discoverability. The position is on-site in Pune for a client of Turning Point Career.

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India

Experience

- 1-4 years
- 1+ years of experience in rank modelling for GEO
- 1+ years of experience in GEO, AEO, or SGE

Qualification

- B.Tech
- Dual degree (Btech and Mtech)
- Integrated Msc/MS

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
- Work on GEO, AEO, and SGE initiatives to improve visibility and discoverability
- Optimize content, data, and digital experiences for AI-powered search and conversational queries
- Develop solutions using LLMs, NLP, semantic search, embeddings, RAG, and vector databases
- Analyze search intent, AI-generated responses, retrieval patterns, citations, and content discoverability
- Build experiments and frameworks to measure GEO/AEO effectiveness and AI search performance
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Content, SEO, Marketing, and Business teams
- Monitor model and solution performance and improve accuracy, relevance,



latency, and user experience

Additional Responsibilities

- Optimize for AI-driven search interfaces and generative search experiences
- Understand how up-to-date search engines and AI-driven systems rank and generate responses
- Work with AI/LLM ecosystems such as ChatGPT and Google Gemini
- Understand content structuring for AI consumption, including schema, context building, and knowledge representation

Nice To Have

- Experience in GEO work
- Hands-on exposure to prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, or RAG-based systems
- Exposure to ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or similar platforms
