Role Description The Architect will work in office in Lucknow in a full-time capacity, contributing to the planning, design, and execution of residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, coordinating with structural and interior design teams, and ensuring designs comply with local codes and regulations. The role involves meeting clients to understand project requirements, translating these into detailed design solutions, and supporting construction management teams with design clarifications and site visits.

The Architect will also participate in project reviews, refine designs based on feedback, and contribute to documentation and presentation materials for approvals.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and technical detailing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including coordination with multidisciplinary teams, timeline management, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Integration, with the ability to harmonize structural, interior, and Astro-Vastu considerations into cohesive design solutions.
- Candidates should possess basic awareness of Software Development concepts to collaborate effectively with teams working on design-related software tools or integrations.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and familiarity with building codes and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent professional qualification; registration or eligibility for registration with a professional architectural body is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work on-site with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present design ideas clearly and respond constructively to feedback.
