Role Description The Android Trainer will deliver instructor-led training sessions focused on Android application development for learners at various skill levels. This full-time, on-site role in Pune City includes planning and structuring course content, preparing training materials and practical exercises, and conducting interactive workshops and labs. The trainer will demonstrate Android development concepts, guide participants through coding best practices, and provide individual feedback and mentoring.

Day-to-day work also involves assessing learner progress, updating curriculum based on industry trends, collaborating with internal teams to align training with organizational goals, and maintaining a professional,



inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Android app development using Kotlin and/or Java, and familiarity with Android SDK, Android Studio, and common libraries.

- Knowledge of mobile application architecture, RESTful APIs, UI/UX principles for Android, and version control tools such as Git.

- Experience designing and delivering technical training, workshops, or classroom sessions, preferably in Android or mobile development.

- Ability to create clear training materials, examples, and hands-on projects that support practical skill development.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible way.

- Robust organizational and time-management skills to plan courses, manage schedules, and track learner progress.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Prior industry experience as an Android Developer and familiarity with current trends and best practices in mobile development.

- Commitment to an inclusive, learner-centered workplace and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
