Advisory & Training

- Guide HR, Legal, and business teams on employment law issues across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, transfers, restructuring, termination, advantages, investigations, postemployment obligations).
- Provide strategic advice on complex regulatory developments and their business impact.
- Create practical resources: guidance notes, templates, and knowledge repositories.
- Deliver training programs to build employment law capability across stakeholders.

Contracts, Policies & Governance

- Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, secondments, transfers, and workforce transition documents.
- Update and align employment policies, handbooks, and governance frameworks across APAC.

Public Policy Engagement

- Collaborate with Government Affairs and industry bodies to track legislative changes.
- Shape policy positions and prepare representations to authorities.

Dispute Resolution





- Manage prelitigation disputes, regulatory investigations, and employment litigation.
- Conduct legal research, draft submissions, and coordinate with external counsel.
- Represent before courts, tribunals, and regulators.

Strategic Transactions

- Support outsourcing projects, restructuring, and client engagements involving employment obligations.
- Provide negotiation support and employment law advice for business initiatives

Your Profile

- Fully qualified lawyer with 3-7 years postqualification experience.
- Prior employment law experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical, drafting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work across multiple jurisdictions and cultures.
