Japanese MNC into Automotive manufacturing is looking to hire the following and to be based in Pune

Position Title: AGM/DGM FP&A; Head

Reports To: CFO

Function/Department: Finance MIS, Budgeting, FP&A;, Forecasting & Reporting

Job Purpose: Lead the FP&A; function, driving budgeting, forecasting, MIS, financial digitization, analytics, and reporting. Partner with senior management to support strategic decisions, improve financial performance, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
- Drive P&L; analysis, profit margin improvement, and scenario planning.
- Deliver accurate MIS, variance analysis, and adhoc reports.
- Implement financial dashboards, predictive modelling, and digitization initiatives.
- Provide actionable insights for cost optimization and efficiency.




- Support RFQ preparation and crossfunctional coordination.
- Partner with business leaders on strategic initiatives, investments, and M&A.;
- Lead and mentor FP&A; team, ensuring capability development.

Qualifications & Experience:

- CA/MBA (Finance) from reputed institution.
- 12–15 years in FP&A;/MIS/Budgeting, with 3+ years in leadership.
- Solid exposure to data analytics & visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Proven track record in multinational corporations (manufacturing/technology/healthcare preferred).
